Sustainix was born at a networking event in one of Amsterdam’s oldest hotels. Dragos—deep in hotel sustainability—was sketching a different definition of success in real estate: financial performance and environmental and social impact, measured and managed together. Mo, a data-management consultant who loves hard human-behavior problems, heard it and saw the missing system. They teamed up. We started as a boutique agency serving hospitality.
